Job Description Inviting applications for the role of Manager - MIS Reporting The Management Information Systems (MIS) role is pivotal in the design, development, implementation, and support of mission-critical enterprise business intelligence reports, Excel reports, and other tools. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to document reporting requirements that meet business needs. As an MIS analyst, you will leverage your skills and experience to design, develop, test, and implement reports and dashboards using Power BI / advanced Excel. The role involves participating in business analysis activities to gather necessary reporting and dashboard requirements and translating these business requirements into specifications for implementing the required reports and dashboards. Responsibilities - Design, develop, implement, and support enterprise-scale reports and dashboards. - Collaborate with operations teams to convert legacy reports to business intelligence solutions or a central reporting system. - Ensure the availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards for all users. - Assist users in generating ad hoc reports while maintaining timeline accuracy. - Capture detailed data and reporting requirements from operations teams and prepare requirement summaries for confirmation. - Communicate proactively with operations teams and GCC lead, following standards and guidelines set by the team with proper documentation. - Plan report development and user acceptance testing phases with leads, ensuring work proceeds as planned. - Inform and agree on revised timelines with operations teams and GCC lead in case of unforeseen delays. - Follow up with operations teams for user acceptance testing and operational sign-off. - Train and mentor junior developers. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any stream. - Proven experience in MIS reporting and report development, - Good years of relevant Work Experience - Strong proficiency in Excel/Advanced Excel. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills - Relevant experience in developing and implementing enterprise-scale reports and dashboards. - Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for supporting work in project environments. - Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to capture detailed data and reporting requirements from operations teams. - Proactive communication skills with operations teams and GCC lead. - Experience in planning report development and user acceptance testing phases with leads. - Ability to train and mentor junior developers effectively. - Have sound understanding of Data Visualization and Analysis. - Expected to make architectural decisions and mentor others - Well versed in analyzing Results, Bug fixing & Reporting, - - - - - -
