Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, review, and refine high-quality, complex Physics problems and step-by-step solutions tailored for JEE Advanced preparation.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and logical consistency across all physics-related data used in AI training.
- Evaluate and improve AI-generated Physics content, ensuring alignment with real-world physics principles and exam standards.
- Debug and correct errors in AI reasoning and outputs related to Physics.
- Collaborate with AI teams to strengthen the model's understanding of core Physics topics, including:
- Mechanics
- Thermodynamics
- Electromagnetism
- Optics
- Modern/Quantum Physics
- Create detailed, pedagogically sound explanations for complex Physics questions to aid AI learning.
- Stay current with JEE Advanced trends, syllabus updates, and preparation strategies to ensure content remains relevant and effective.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Physics; a Master's or PhD is a plus.
- Minimum 1+ year of tutoring or teaching experience, preferably focused on JEE Advanced preparation.
- Strong understanding of JEE Main and Advanced syllabus, patterns, and exam techniques.
- Demonstrated expertise in all key JEE Advanced Physics topics.
- Proven track record of helping students achieve improved exam performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly.
- Prior experience in the EdTech sector is an added advantage.
