Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Odoo Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in Odoo development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. Strong communication skills are essential, as this role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo applications and modules based on business requirements.
- Design and implement new features, workflows, and automation within the Odoo ecosystem.
- Perform integrations between Odoo and third-party applications using APIs and connectors.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system performance and reliability.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business needs.
- Optimize existing code and improve application performance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers when needed.
- Document technical specifications, configurations, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 4 to 6 years of experience in Odoo development and customization.
- Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, XML, and QWeb.
- Experience with Odoo framework (Odoo ORM, workflows, security, etc.).
- Expertise in developing custom Odoo modules and modifying existing modules.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo API integrations and third-party system connectivity.
- Knowledge of Odoo UI/UX design principles and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
