We are looking for a Junior AI Developer to join our AI team This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience who has worked with AI tools and frameworks and is eager to grow into a full-stack AI engineer You will support the development of AI chatbots workflows and Retrieval-Augmented Generation RAG pipelines while gaining hands-on experience with LLMs Large Language Models data preparation and workflow automation Key Responsibilities Assist in building and maintaining AI-powered chatbots for customer and internal use cases Support development of workflows that integrate AI with business systems and APIs Learn and implement RAG pipelines with vector databases FAISS Chroma Pinecone etc Help with fine-tuning and training LLMs on company-specific datasets Work with senior developers to prepare clean and organize data for model training Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into AI solutions Document and test AI workflows ensuring reproducibility and stability Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science AI ML Data Science or related field or equivalent practical experience 1-2 years of experience in AI ML NLP or chatbot development projects internships academic projects or industry Basic knowledge of Python and familiarity with frameworks like LangChain LlamaIndex or Hugging Face Exposure to LLMs OpenAI LLaMA Mistral Falcon etc Familiarity with vector databases FAISS Pinecone Weaviate Chroma Understanding of REST APIs and simple integrations Eagerness to learn about workflow automation RAG and model fine-tuning Good communication and collaboration skills Nice-to-Have Exposure to chatbot frameworks Rasa Botpress Dialogflow etc Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS GCP Azure Basic knowledge of MLOps practices model versioning CI CD for AI Interest in speech-to-text STT text-to-speech TTS technologies
