Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in AWS, user access

management, and cybersecurity. You will support the technology infrastructure,

ensure systems are secure, and provide end-user assistance. This role focuses

on maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing IT systems, cloud services, and

user access while ensuring a secure digital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. User Access Management:

o Support the development and enforcement of user access policies

and permissions, ensuring compliance with security standards.

o Assist in managing Active Directory, SSO, MFA, and other user

authentication protocols.

o Regularly audit user accounts and permissions, assisting in

resolving any discrepancies or security concerns.

2. Cybersecurity Support:

o Help implement and monitor security measures to

protect IT systems from unauthorized access, malware, and other

threats.

o Assist in conducting vulnerability assessments and monitoring

system security.

o Support the maintenance of compliance with security standards

(e.g., GDPR, SOC2) by tracking system health and providing

support during audits.

3. System Support & IT Troubleshooting:

o Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for IT hardware and software

issues.

o Assist with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

of IT systems.

o Work with the IT team to ensure systems are maintained in

accordance with best practices.

4. Monitoring &Reporting:

o Utilize monitoring tools to track system performance, availability,

and security incidents.

o Assist with generating and reviewing reports on system health,

resource usage, and potential security vulnerabilities.

o Help identify trends and contribute to recommendations for

improvements in system performance and security.

5. Collaboration & Continuous Learning:

o Work closely with the IT, DevOps, and other teams to support

infrastructure and application performance.

o Participate in team meetings to review system performance,

security updates, and improvements.

o Stay updated on emerging IT trends and cybersecurity practices,

contributing to improvements in the support environment.
