Job Title Principal ConsultantLocation Delhi NCR Hyd Blore ChennaiDepartment Group IDEA ConsultingTravel Required As per Business requirementskillsetTechnical discussion and initiatives on Process mining Sr Stakeholders Communication Drive Process mining led transformation discussion with stakeholders Create End to End solution with Process mining intervention levers collaboration with technology partners on new idea growth and expansion ETL SQL PQL ML and Data science Role and ResponsibilitiesAssessment o Drive process mining led business process consulting and digital transformation for revenue growth globally o Managing all Process mining projects and client engagements across geos o Experience with key Process mining platforms as Celonis Signavio Software AG Aprimore etc o Responsible for all communication with business leadership and client to drive Change management o Work closely with local sales and account team to mine opportunities for Process mining led transformation for consultative selling o Support local sales team for business growth and bringing in downstream business as well o Contribute from transformation perspective to the running RFP proposals or bids in respective geography o Lead the technical team of Data Scientists and Data engineers to ensure quality process delivery and smooth execution o Work with process mining tool partners for driving GTM and new ideas innovation around platform o Integration with other platforms to create IP and unique solutions for monetization Analysis and Feedback o Research to create value added proactive proposals for prospective existing customers o Conduct workshops with clients to sell consultative led solutions and transformation o Meticulously driving the change management and should proactively own the deployment of new ideas and innovation o Benchmarking performance of existing customers vis-xc3xa0-vis competition Supporting as governance layer and set up the risk mitigation approach for local running projects Reporting Administration o Share progress on the running leads and pipeline with leadership o Participate in Governance reviews with clients on all running projects Spread awareness around practices as Digital Automation etc via workshops sessions and other activities Qualifications and Education Requirements o Min 15 years of overall experience o 10 years of experience as Digital transformation consulting across multiple domains Experience of BPS BPO business is preferredPreferred Skills Excellent skills with SQL queries procedures and functions Passionate about evaluating complex data excellent analytical skills and knowledgeable about data warehouse schemes Knowledge of AI and ML Team management Consultative capability Analytical Ability Customer service orientation Concern for Excellence
