Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to manage our office operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our office runs smoothly by handling various administrative tasks, coordinating schedules and followups, and supporting staff.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
- Support human resources with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in office administration or coordination roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with office management software (e.g., G Suite)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
