Position Summary
The Marketing Executive will work closely with our team to provide support in various digital marketing activities. This includes social media management, SEO, database building, maintaining reports, lead generation, account management, CRM management, and other related tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Account Management
1. Identify and research potential leads across various industries.
2. Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring accurate and organized data.
3. Support account managers in nurturing client relationships and handling client queries.
CRM Management & Reporting
1. Input and organize client and lead data in the CRM system
2. Generate and maintain regular reports on lead outreach, conversions, and campaign performance.
3. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Database Building & Maintenance
1. Build prospect lists from online resources and tools.
2. Regularly clean, verify, and update databases for accuracy.
3. Segment and categorize contacts for targeted campaigns.
Administrative & Support Tasks
1. Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and manage internal documentation.
2. Assist with project management tasks and ensure timely deliverables.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Social Media Management
1. Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social platforms (, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
2. Monitor, track, and report on social media performance.
3. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
SEO & Content Support
1. Assist with keyword research, on-page optimization, and content strategy.
2. Coordinate with content writers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
3. Track and report on website traffic, rankings, and other KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills
Expertise:
- Proven experience or internship in digital marketing, social media, or lead generation roles.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools, CRM platforms, SEO tools, and social media scheduling tools.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint/Google Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Canva etc
- Basic knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics).
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and strategies.
Additional Requirements:
- A reliable internet connection and a personal computer/laptop.
- Ability to work flexible hours if required, aligning with different time zones for client communications.
