Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Admission Counselor with excellent communication skills to guide prospective students through the admission process The ideal candidate will be able to clearly explain programs admission requirements and financial aid options while providing outstanding support and building strong relationships with students and their families Key Responsibilities Communicate effectively and professionally with prospective students and parents via phone email and in-person Provide clear concise and accurate information about academic programs application procedures and deadlines Conduct personalized counseling sessions to understand student goals and recommend suitable programs Assist applicants in completing forms and submitting necessary documents Maintain and update applicant records with attention to detail Collaborate with academic and financial departments to provide comprehensive information Follow up proactively with applicants to encourage enrollment Meet or exceed admission targets as set by the institution Qualifications Bachelor s degree or equivalent Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential Experience in counseling admissions or customer service is preferred Ability to explain complex information in a simple and engaging way Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with diverse students and families Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Personal Attributes Friendly approachable and empathetic Confident communicator who listens actively and responds thoughtfully Goal-driven and motivated to support student success Able to work independently and as part of a team Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Paid time off Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
