.Position Overview We are looking for 3 male Helper candidates to join our Granite manufacturing and processing company. The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting daily operations at the site, assisting skilled workers, handling granite materials, and maintaining the workplace in a safe and organized manner. The role requires candidates who are physically fit, hardworking, and willing to learn. Preference will be given to local candidates from nearby areas such as Mambakkam, Kandigai, Kelambakkam, Vandalur, and Medavakkam for ease of commute and quick availability. Key Responsibilities 1. Material Handling & Support Assist in loading and unloading granite slabs, tiles, and blocks carefully to avoid damage. Help transport materials within the facility as instructed by supervisors. Arrange granite pieces properly in storage areas and workstations. Provide support to machine operators and cutters during granite processing. 2. Assistance to Skilled Workers Work closely with polishers, cutters, machine operators, and supervisors to ensure smooth production operations. Hand over required tools, equipment, and materials as per instructions. Follow supervisors’ directions while carrying out assigned tasks. 3. Workplace Maintenance Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times. Assist in clearing granite waste and debris from cutting and polishing areas. Ensure tools and equipment are placed back in their designated locations after use. Report any damages, breakages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately. 4. Equipment & Safety Support Help in basic maintenance of tools and equipment under supervision. Ensure proper use of safety gear such as gloves, shoes, and helmets. Follow safety rules and regulations while handling granite slabs and machinery. Support supervisors in monitoring safety compliance at the workplace. 5. General Assistance Provide manual labor support wherever required during production. Assist in packing, labeling, and preparing finished granite products for dispatch. Cooperate with team members to meet daily production targets. Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors or management. Required Skills and Attributes 1. Physical Fitness Must be physically strong and healthy to handle heavy granite slabs. Ability to stand, lift, bend, and carry materials for long periods. 2. Willingness to Learn Should be eager to learn granite processing techniques and improve skills. Ability to quickly adapt to new work instructions and responsibilities. 3. Teamwork & Cooperation Must be a good team player who can coordinate with workers and supervisors. Ability to work harmoniously in a fast-paced environment. 4. Discipline & Work Commitment Punctual, reliable, and committed to completing assigned tasks on time. Should follow company policies, safety rules, and supervisor instructions carefully. Eligibility Criteria Gender: Male candidates only. Education: No minimum educational qualification required. Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
