  • Coordinate with the Engineering department to ensure timely release of drawings and specifications.
  • Collaborate with SCM and Project Manager/RCM to finalize work scope and procurement processes.
  • Source and procure relevant materials for shop fabrication.
  • Work closely with the Quality department to implement desired quality systems and schedule timely inspections.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with the project site execution team for prompt delivery of fabricated materials.
  • Prepare and provide regular management reports and conduct reconciliations as required.
  • Collaborate with the P&M and site teams to mobilize necessary P&M equipment and oversee their efficient utilization.
  • Apply expertise and experience to guarantee smooth, safe, and smart project execution according to the defined scope of works.
