Position: Automation - Playwright Experience: 5 to 8 years Location: Hyderabad/Chennai/Kol/Pune/Noida/Gurgaon/Indore/Bangalore JOB DESCRIPTION Required Information Details 1 Role**QE Automation Analyst 2 Required Technical Skill Set**Playwright, Selenium, Java, GitHub, GitHub Actions QE Automation Tester Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have** (Ideally should not be more than 3-5) - Experienced with test automation tools such as Playwright along with Java Selenium preferred - Knowledge on JavaScript/Typescript language - Experience with version control systems, preferably Git - Strong expertise for developing test automation scripts. - Hands-on experience on CI/CD pipeline automation. - Knowledge /Experience in working on Azure cloud - Design and develop test approaches, test strategies, and test plans to ensure testing is right sized and risk-based testing principles are applied - Participate in agile ceremonies, refinements sessions and technical design reviews and be able to identify requirements ambiguity - Provide QA status reports and escalate issues/risks in a timely manner to management for resolution - Perform automated testing and log detailed defects in Rally - Support team lead in test planning and test analysis - Design and develop scalable, flexible, and cross-platform automation tests Good-to-Have - Proficiency in writing SQL and NoSQL queries for testing purposes - Understanding and willingness to explore Copilot and Gen AI tools Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Partner with Development, DevOps, Product teams for testing process and features while working in sprints 2 Fast learner, clear communication and executing the work assigned is critical 3 Participate in discussions with the project team to analyze the functional and nonfunctional requirements of the solutions in Agile methodology 4 Perform automated testing and log detailed defects in Rally 5 Support Team lead in Test Planning and test analysis 6 Design and develop test approaches, test strategies, and test plans to ensure testing is right sized and risk-based testing principles are applied 7 Work closely with development and business partners during design and grooming sessions 8 Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities 9 Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. 10 Strong communication and teamwork skills. 11 Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. 12 Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
