Title- ServiceNow Integration Developer Location- Pune, MH Duration- Contract Must-Have Technical Comptency - Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub recommended - Experience with the development and maintenance of integrations using various protocols such as REST, SOAP, LDAP, JDBC - High level of competency writing and maintaining JavaScript and PowerShell to meet the requirements - Experience implementing data transformations both in a file-based context and using scripting - Relevant IT architecture experience, Understanding of network architecture and the security implications on integrations - Knowledge of unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, or any client-specific testing - Worked with and understands the value in creating repeatable processes to design development, test, staging and production environments that are reliable with high availability - Must be ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator - Should possess knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology - Basic knowledge with ITIL/industry standards - Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) Behavioral competency - Effective communication skills with both non-technical and technical audiences (verbal and written) - Excellent Interpersonal skills to work with the project team members collaboratevily - Participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (i.e., pre-iteration, and retrospectives) Good-to-Have - ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification - ITIL V3/V4 foundation certification - Java developer certification Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role - Understand the given application requirements (or User Stories) - Understand and follow the Best Practices and Standards/Guidelines for development - Participate in the Daily stand-up meetings and understand the changes proposed on the requirements / user stories - Must be self-directed and detail oriented in completing assigned tasks in an effective manner, meeting designated standards and criteria - Responsible for the code quality of assigned tasks - Perform Unit Testing and do documentation as required - Provide support to the users during the User Acceptance Testing - Provide any required training to the users on the user stories - Develop, test and maintain Integrations within ServiceNow - Communicate ServiceNow best practice principles with developers of external systems in situations where these systems require configuration or customization for the integration Essential Skills: ServiceNow Integration Developer We are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace where individuals from all backgrounds feel valued and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives.
