Job Title Project Executive Officer for Holistic Rural Development Project Tirupati district Andhra Pradesh Location Naidupeta block of Tirupati district Andhra Pradesh Position Type Full-Time About the Organization AROH Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to promoting holistic rural development in the Tirupati District of Andhra Pradesh We believe in empowering local communities preserving the environment and improving the quality of life in rural areas through sustainable development initiatives Preference will be given for Naidupeta Block We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Executive Officer to oversee our holistic rural development projects in the Tirupati District of Andhra Pradesh The ideal candidate will be a resident of Andhra Pradesh and must have a deep understanding of the local context culture and challenges faced by the communities in Tirupati Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Execution Develop project plans budgets and timelines for holistic rural development initiatives Ensure the successful implementation of projects meeting set objectives and targets Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities government agencies and other relevant stakeholders Collaborate with community leaders and organizations to identify project needs and priorities Team Management Lead and supervise project staff ensuring their effective performance and professional development Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment within the team Resource Management Manage project resources efficiently including human resources finances and materials Ensure compliance with funding requirements and reporting Monitoring and Evaluation Develop and implement a robust monitoring and evaluation framework to assess project impact Regularly collect data analyze results and provide reports to stakeholders Capacity Building Identify training needs within the community and project team and facilitate capacity-building initiatives Empower local communities with knowledge and skills to sustain project benefits Advocacy and Networking Represent the organization in relevant forums meetings and conferences Advocate for policies and practices that promote holistic rural development Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in a relevant field e g Rural Development Social Work Agriculture Community Development Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on rural development Strong understanding of the Tirupati region and its unique challenges Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in the local language and dialects is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse groups and communities Experience in managing donor-funded projects is a plus How to Apply Interested candidates who meet the qualifications and should be a resident of Andhra Pradesh are invited to submit their resume along with a photo detailing their relevant experience and why they are passionate about rural development in the Tirupati District of Andhra Pradesh Please go to the link https aroh in Home career to apply for the above mentioned position The deadline for applications is June 30 2025 We thank all applicants for their interest in AROH Foundation but only those selected for an interview will be contacted Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
