Job Description

As a member of Pega Call team at Pega, you will work closely with talented engineers and product owners across the globe, to integrate various telephony systems with Pega Call.

In this role, you'll help us design, develop, implement and test multiple integrations (CTI). This is your chance to get your hands on working on leading telephony systems to integrate with Pega Call which was built on Pega platform.

What You'll Do at Pega:

- You will get trained on Pega Platform.
- Will work on integrations of multiple telephony systems (like Cisco, Avaya) with Pega Call.
- Use Java, JavaScript, JTAPI and Open CTI to integrate telephony systems.
- Work as part of a collaborative Agile team working in a SCRUM model surrounded by fun loving talented engineers.

Who You Are:

- 46 years of software development experience, in a product development company.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field.
- Having sound knowledge on Core Java, JavaScript.
- Expert in any one of the JavaScript libraries like jQuery.
- Must be familiar in Integrating Telephony systems using JTAPI and Open CTI.
- Hands on experience on webservices using REST and SOAP.
- Having knowledge on call center technologies including Telephony, IVR, CTI, VoIP would be added advantage.
- Preferred knowledge on CRM applications.
- Agile/Scrum development methodology knowledge/experience.

What You've Accomplished:

- Designed and functional, robust and scalable integrations (CTI) on cloud using Java, JavaScript.
- Must be a member of CTI team, implemented CTI for any one of market leading CRMs.
- Partner with internal clients, like Product Managers, to align business goals with implementation results.
