RMC Operator

Job Description Description We are looking for a skilled RMC Operator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production of ready-mix concrete, ensuring quality standards are met, and collaborating with project teams to deliver concrete on time. Responsibilities - Operate and manage the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) production process efficiently. - Monitor and control the quality of concrete production to meet project specifications. - Conduct regular maintenance checks on RMC machinery and equipment. - Collaborate with site engineers and project managers to ensure timely delivery of concrete. - Maintain accurate records of production quantities, quality control tests, and equipment maintenance logs. Skills and Qualifications - 1-6 years of experience in RMC operations or a related field. - Strong understanding of concrete mix design and properties. - Proficiency in operating RMC machinery and equipment. - Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety standards in concrete production. - Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
