Job Description Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Intern to assist our social media team in managing and executing campaigns for Schbang and its clients. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for trends, a passion for digital content, and the ability to think outside the box. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the creation and curation of engaging content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) - Help with the scheduling, posting, and monitoring of social media content across platforms - Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns and engagement metrics - Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop new content ideas for campaigns - Conduct social media research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Assist in community management by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers - Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices - Provide support for influencer partnerships and collaborations - Assist with the creation of social media reports and presentations for clients - Help maintain the brand's social media calendar and ensure timely content delivery Qualifications & Skills: - Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field - Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their respective audiences - Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.) is a plus - Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and content creation - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus, but not required - A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving What We Offer: - Hands-on experience in a creative and fast-paced environment - Opportunity to work on live campaigns for top brands - Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals in the digital marketing field - A collaborative and innovative work culture - A chance to grow and develop your skills in social media marketing
