Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Executive with 2-12 years of experience in the job market context of India. The ideal candidate should be able to drive sales and revenue growth by effectively managing a designated territory. The candidate should have experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth in the assigned territory
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts by providing excellent customer service and support
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective customers
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2-12 years of experience in sales, preferably in the same industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships
- Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and strategies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Fluency in English and at least one regional language
