Job Description

Position Title: Pharm D Doctor PCCA

Location: Hyderabad Telangana

As the Patient Care Coordinator Assistant,

The following are JD and dailyresponsibilities:

Patient Counseling & Consultation

Collaborate with Ayurvedic doctors to design personalized treatment plans.

Counsel patients on Ayurvedic medications, potential interactions, and dietary/lifestyle recommendations.

Medication Management

Oversee the preparation, dispensing, and quality control of Ayurvedic medicines.

Ensure proper storage and handling of Ayurvedic pharmaceuticals.

Monitor for potential interactions between Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines.

Clinical Support

Support physicians with patient care, including assessing medication history and identifying contraindications.

Educate patients about combining Ayurvedic and modern therapeutic approaches.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate patient records, including prescriptions and treatment outcomes.

Prepare regulatory documentation and comply with pharmaceutical standards.

Research & Development

Contribute to the development of evidence-based approaches integrating Ayurvedic and allopathic treatments.

Participate in clinical trials or studies related to Ayurvedic medicine.

Compliance & Training

Ensure compliance with healthcare and pharmaceutical regulations.

Train staff on Ayurvedic pharmaceutical practices and newadvancements.

1.Collection of Patient History and disease-based Questionnaire.

2.Taking patient notes during the Chief Dr consultations.

3.Treatment Protocol Explanation and counselling to the patients.

4.Patient monitoring during and after consultations and follow up over the phone

5.Responsible for overall patient treatment cycle management Adjusting and tapering medication doses

according to the patient condition under the assistance of senior doctor.

6.Mobile Poly Clinic Consultations along with Senior and Chief Doctors- Out station travels.

7.Clinical Data Management includes ERP data entering, Data segregation and documentation of the

patient records.

8.Clinical, Academic and Research activities in writing and publishing the case reports, review literature,

Academic contents.

9.24/7 commitment: Should be available over calls after duty hours and ensure every patient phone call

is answered with empathy.

10.Should be proficient with data management: data input, reports and retrieval Should follow

attendance roaster as per reporting manager, Sr. Doctor's advice and ensures complete adherence to

SOPs and Company policies in general.

11.Other Clinical works as and when required under the assistance of Senior Doctors.

While the offer highlights the Patient Care Coordinator Assistant role, it is not limited to that alone. You

will be responsible to perform in three functions

The Patient Care Coordinator for Consultations plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient

management of patient consultations and follow-up care. Responsibilities include managing patient

appointments, coordinating between patients and doctors, and ensuring that patients receive timely

care. This role also involves ensuring that patient medical records are up to date and readily available

for consultations. The coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing any

questions or concerns regarding their treatment plans. Additionally, the coordinator collaborates with

healthcare providers to schedule follow-ups, assist with any necessary referrals, and ensure that

patients understand their treatment and care instructions. In close coordination with the clinical and

administrative teams, the coordinator also monitors patient satisfaction and works to improve patient

experiences by addressing feedback and implementing changes wherenecessary.
