Job Title Video Editor Employment Type Part-time Remote Schedule US Time zone Industry Fashion Apparel About Us We are a lifestyle and performance apparel brand built for those who push boundaries on and off the field We blend style function and storytelling to create gear that empowers athletes creators and changemakers We re growing fast and we re looking for a Video Editor who thrives at the intersection of creative storytelling and data-driven advertising someone who can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping high-converting ad content for social platforms The Role As our Video Editor Ad Creatives you ll be responsible for producing engaging short-form video content for paid ads and social campaigns Meta TikTok YouTube etc You ll collaborate closely with our creative performance and strategy teams to bring new ideas to life always testing iterating and refining based on performance insights You re not just an editor you re a creative problem-solver who understands how pacing hooks and storytelling drive conversions What You ll Do Edit high-performing direct-response video ads for Meta TikTok YouTube and other paid channels Create multiple variations of each concept to test hooks pacing and messaging Transform raw UGC influencer clips and branded footage into cohesive on-brand creatives Collaborate with creative strategists and media buyers to align on data insights and creative direction Add text overlays motion graphics and sound design that enhance storytelling and drive engagement Stay current on social ad trends editing styles and platform best practices Manage and organize project files efficiently across editing tools and asset libraries Bonus Points Experience working with lifestyle or apparel brands Understanding of UGC-style and influencer-driven content Familiarity with analytics and creative testing workflows Interest in sports streetwear or creator culture Requirements 3 years of experience as a video editor ideally in DTC or performance marketing Strong portfolio of paid social ad creatives please include links reel in application Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects and CapCut experience a plus Deep understanding of what makes an ad perform hooks pacing retention tactics and storytelling Strong creative instincts and ability to work fast without sacrificing quality Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback and performance insights
