Job Description

Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of software developers, ensuring best practices in coding and design.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using C#, ASP.NET, and Blazor.
- Implement and manage RESTful APIs to support front end and back end integration.
- Utilize Azure services, including Azure Storage and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), to deploy and manage applications.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.

Mandatory Skills

- Proficient in C# and ASP.NET.
- Experience with Blazor for building interactive web UIs.
- Strong understanding of REST API development and integration.
- Hands on experience with Azure services, including Azure Storage and Azure Kubernetes Service.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in software development, particularly in enhancing user experience and automating processes.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Azure Data Factory (ADF) for data integration.
- Experience with Selenium for automated testing.

Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of delivering high quality software solutions on time.
