Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Instrumental Music Teacher located in Delhi, India. The Instrumental Music Teacher will be responsible for teaching music theory, music performance, and music education. The day-to-day tasks include conducting classes, preparing lesson plans, assessing student performance, organizing school concerts, and providing individual instruction on various musical instruments. The role also entails fostering a deep appreciation for music in students and maintaining a dynamic classroom environment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Music (B.Mus) or equivalent, with specialization in instrumental music. A Master's Degree (M.Mus) is preferred.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree is required.
- Certification from recognized music institutions is a plus.
- Experience in teaching instrumental music at the school level or through private lessons.
- Proficiency in one or more instruments (e.g., keyboard, guitar, tabla, violin).
- Strong understanding of the CBSE music curriculum and ability to teach both theory and practical. Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
