Position Overview We are looking for skilled and passionate Software Developers Male Female to join our IT team The ideal candidates will be responsible for designing coding testing and maintaining software applications as per business and client requirements They will work closely with project managers business analysts and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines Key Responsibilities Design develop and maintain web mobile and enterprise applications Write clean scalable and efficient code following industry best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features Participate in requirement analysis system design and architecture discussions Debug test and optimize applications to ensure performance security and reliability Prepare and maintain technical documentation API documentation and user guides Integrate applications with third-party services APIs and databases Stay updated with emerging technologies frameworks and development practices Required Skills Competencies Proficiency in one or more programming languages Dot Net Visual Studio Code Basic OOPs Concept XAMPP CodeIgniter Laravel PHP JQuery Bootstrap or similar Strong knowledge of front-end technologies HTML CSS JavaScript React Angular Experience with database management systems MySQL Oracle MongoDB Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS Azure Google Cloud and version control GitHub Problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines Educational Qualifications Experience Master s Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field 2 years of proven experience in software development application design or IT projects Experience in e-Governance projects Dashboards Web Portals mobile app development will be an added advantage Other Requirements Male and Female candidates are eligible to apply Passion for technology innovation and continuous learning Willingness to travel for project deployment or client discussions if required Job Type Full-time Pay 400 000 00 - 500 000 00 per year Benefits Leave encashment Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Web development 1 year Required total work 1 year Required Software design 1 year Required Work Location In person
