Key Responsibilities Administrative Support CC Budget Management Lead all administrative activities related to Consolidation Centre CC operations Collaborate with Finance to plan monitor and report CC budget utilization Track actual vs planned expenses and drive cost control initiatives Ensure timely handling of internal approvals contracts and documentation Export Order Management Manage and process all export part orders from Consolidation Centres Coordinate revenue planning with Finance Controlling F C and align shipment schedules with OBL Oversee 3PL activities including contract release and payment follow-ups Ensure warehouse dispatch adherence in line with shipment plans Master Data Error Resolution Create material masters and proactively resolve error logs impacting order flow Coordinate with IT and data governance teams for master data accuracy Lead Plant Export Invoicing Customer Communication Ensure timely and accurate generation of plant export invoices Coordinate with internal teams to validate data and share final invoices with global customers Support reconciliation of export documents with Finance and compliance functions Compliance Inspection Coordination Liaise with export inspection agencies e g ReX to ensure timely inspection and clearance Reporting Performance Monitoring Prepare regular reports on revenue dispatch adherence and budget utilization
