Job Description - Perform manual and automated testing for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or other Salesforce-based e-commerce solutions. - Design and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure product quality and functionality. - Utilize automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or WebDriverIO to build and maintain automation frameworks. - Conduct API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured, and Swagger. - Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure testing coverage aligns with requirements. - Integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps. - Write and maintain test automation scripts using Java, JavaScript, or Python. - Use test management tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, or TestRail for defect tracking and test reporting. - Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives. - Analyze test results, identify root causes, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality. Requirements: - Strong understanding of manual and automation testing methodologies. - Proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) testing. - Familiarity with Agile development processes and continuous integration. - Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. - Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
