Introduction We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Sales Executive to join our team and lead our B2B business operations in frozen French fries. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, strong knowledge of local markets and distribution channels, and excellent customer relationship management skills. This role focuses on expanding sales, building strong client networks, and achieving revenue targets by leveraging existing contacts and exploring new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Sales Identify, approach, and onboard B2B clients including restaurants, hotels, QSR chains, supermarkets, and distributors. Promote and sell frozen French fries to potential and existing customers. Prepare and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets and improve overall revenue. Explore new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. 2. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients. Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, issues, and feedback. Regularly engage with clients to understand their business needs and provide suitable solutions. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely deliveries and quality service. 3. Market Research & Expansion Conduct thorough market research to identify business opportunities and competitor strategies. Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and market dynamics. Develop area-specific sales strategies to maximize market coverage and penetration. 4. Reporting & Coordination Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports to the management team. Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics team to ensure on-time product delivery. Work closely with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns for B2B clients. Required Skills & Competencies Technical & Sales Skills Proven track record in B2B food product sales, preferably frozen or processed food items. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing skills. In-depth understanding of distribution networks, wholesale markets, and HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) segments. Knowledge of local market areas and customer bases is mandatory. Soft Skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Strong networking skills and ability to develop lasting client relationships. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented personality.
