Role Summary:
Provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the Director, ensuring efficient management of schedules, meetings, communications, and special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Director's calendar, travel, and appointments.

Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Coordinate and follow up on meetings, decisions, and action items.

Handle confidential information with discretion.

Liaise with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Prepare agendas, minutes, and briefing materials.

Support in project coordination and tracking deliverables.

Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration or related field.

3–7 years' experience as EA/PA to senior leadership.

Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Proficient in MS Office Suite & digital collaboration tools.

Strong discretion and problem-solving abilities.
