Job Title Sr Manager AGM Plant Operations Location Majale Kolhapur Experience required 12 Years Qualification- B E B Tech Department Operations About the company One of our clients a diversified Indian conglomerate founded in 1993 and headquartered in Kolhapur Maharashtra Its fast-growing consumer division offers a wide range of daily essentials including atta edible oils pulses snacks and beverages and has grown into a 1 600 crore brand The group is well-regarded for its focus on quality innovation and sustainability with a strong and expanding presence across India Key Responsibilities Plant Operations - Preparation of monthly production indent Requirement of Raw material and packing material Monitoring day wise production activity Ensure compliance of production indent MIS- Including production report RMPM consumption report tracking material efficiencies OEE Daily monthly Maintaining hygiene and housekeeping in production area Production plan compliance Production Planning as Per Sales Indent Packaging Process line efficiency as per target Oversee day-to-day operations assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion while accomplishing your own goals Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished on time Develop implement and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans RMPM Yields Labors Utilizations Cost initiative Task CMU Yields Planning Supply Change- FG delivering with time line with Invoice Cascade down overall operations plans to reporting teams as daily monthly quarterly targets to facilitate execution and regular monitoring ensure adherence to schedules from all concerned departments Monitors Business Unit performance parameters such as lead time Capacity utilization Quality etc and takes corrective action for course correction in case of deviations Propose action plans to resolve the high level escalations problems raised from the Business Units and monitor the adherence to the same by the concerned departments Provide expertise in manufacturing process optimization such as assembly line design quality checks processes design inventory management etc Contribute to development and drive implementation of operational excellence and standardization across the Manufacturing unit of Snack Food Division Maintenance Control - Oversee the operation and maintenance of boilers and related machinery ensuring their continuous functionality and safety Maintain meticulous records of boiler operation including fuel and water levels completed maintenance tasks and related data Monitor boiler levels and proactively adjust setting activate valves and take correlative action as needed to ensure uninterrupted operation Conduct daily inspection of equipment conduct tests and promptly address any unusual situations that may arise Effectively manage the budget allocated for boiler maintenance including resource allocation for necessary repairs and replacements Plan and supervise all repair and installation activities related to boiler and machinery Enforce strict adherence to safety policies and procedures among departmental staff Monitor factory operations to promptly resolve any maintenance related issues and optimize production efficiency Possess in depth knowledge of identifying procuring and maintaining spare part to minimize downtime Quality and Continuous Improvement - Drives implementation of large scale changes for process improvements through Continuous Improvement Head and guide the organization on effective implementation of tools such as Kaizen 6 Sigma etc Drive implementation of various manufacturing process compliances related to 5S HACCP ISO 22000 US-FDA Halal BRC and local regional compliance requirements etc Uphold standards of excellence and soaring quality ZERO Quality Complaint s NPD Plant Hygiene House keeping Job Type Permanent Pay 1 100 000 00 - 1 200 000 00 per year Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
