At Iron Mountain we know that work when done well makes a positive impact for our customers our employees and our planet That s why we need smart committed people to join us Whether you re looking to start your career or make a change talk to us and see how you can elevate the power of your work at Iron Mountain We provide expert sustainable solutions in records and information management digital transformation services data centers asset lifecycle management and fine art storage handling and logistics We proudly partner every day with our 225 000 customers around the world to preserve their invaluable artifacts extract more from their inventory and protect their data privacy in innovative and socially responsible ways Are you curious about being part of our growth stor y while evolving your skills in a culture that will welcome your unique contributions If so let s start the conversation Position Overview The Workforce Administration WFA team ensures consistent effective and compliant management of employee data processes and services throughout the employee lifecycle This includes retaining and overseeing outsourced HR administration owning related processes and managing global data All these efforts are designed to support employees enable HR functions and maintain global standards The main purpose of the role is to execute the benefits administration for one or more countries in the region collaborate with the CoE and ensure excellent employee experience in the supported area Initially the Specialist will support the Regional WFA lead to ensure all benefits administration work is accounted for documented and where needed - transitioned from the HR Generalist teams to the Regional WFA team or the Hybrid roles in the regional Payroll team Responsibilities Benefits enrolment and changes for the supported countries Coordinate employee communications related to benefits with input from the CoE and support from the direct supervisor Eligibility monitoring and tracking Sup port policy updates and maintenance Acts as an SME internally and for the service providers Handle complex benefits queries and or escalations Assist with the benefit vendors management and communications including during renewals The Ideal Candidate 3-4 years years of Operational experience supporting different markets HR Benefits or Total Rewards at least one of it with Benefits administration Solid understanding of benefits administration preferably in more than one APAC location Fluency in English other local languages will be an advantage Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Sheets Knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow will be an advantage Comfortable with change and ambiguity What We Offer Ability to work remote Competitive compensation and benefits package Total Rewards to support your career and wellbeing Professional development and growth opportunities Category Human Resources
