THE ROLE

We are hiring a Head of Performance Marketing to lead our growth engine. You'll drive strategy, innovation, and execution across digital channels, leading a top-tier team to deliver revenue growth and market leadership.

Location: Remote-first (India), hybrid optional

Reporting to: CMO

Team size: 5-8 direct reports (performance marketing specialists)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Strategy & Leadership

Design and execute a world-class performance marketing strategy across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, display, and programmatic.

Drive exponential lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Partner with the executive team to align marketing with business priorities.

Pioneer data-led marketing transformation and tech-driven innovation.

Growth & Performance

Own and optimize multi-million-dollar budgets across digital channels.

Build attribution models, advanced measurement frameworks, and predictive analytics.

Lead experimentation, A/B testing, and conversion optimization for constant improvement.

Set ambitious KPIs and ensure industry-leading performance benchmarks.

Team Building & Leadership

Recruit, mentor, and grow a world-class team of specialists.

Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and innovation.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Analytics, and Leadership teams.

Innovation & Emerging Tech

Integrate AI and machine learning for smarter campaign execution.

Scale automation, personalization, and predictive marketing.

Identify and capitalize on emerging growth opportunities in new platforms and markets.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must-Have Experience

8+ years in performance marketing, with proven impact on revenue growth.

5+ years in leadership roles, managing high-performing teams.

Managed annual paid media budgets of $6M+ (₹50+ crores).

Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic platforms.

Mastery of GA4, GTM, attribution modeling, SQL, BI tools.

Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).

Strong grasp of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and incrementality testing.

Leadership Qualities

Visionary thinker with the ability to turn ideas into execution.

Strong mentoring, coaching, and team-building skills.

Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management.

Relentless focus on measurable business impact.

Preferred (Bonus Points)

MBA from a top-tier institution or equivalent experience.

Google Ads & Meta Blueprint certifications.

Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or high-growth tech environments.

Background in scaling marketing organizations in unicorn/startup ecosystems.

COMPENSATION & PERKS

Compensation

We offer one of the highest-paid roles for this position in India's market, benchmarked globally.

Base Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 USD annually

Performance Bonus: Up to 40% of annual base
