Immediate joiners preferred We are hiring for our client, an emerging AI-driven product company, looking for a Lead – AI & Image Analytics to build and lead their core product development team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in designing and scaling AI-based video and image analytics products, with end-to-end ownership from architecture to deployment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead AI product development lifecycle – from design inception to QA and release. - Build and optimize audio-video data pipelines for real-time image and video analytics. - Drive model training, tuning, and optimization for AI vision models. - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical and product goals. - Hire, mentor, and manage a small, high-performing AI engineering team. Required Skills: - 5–6 years of experience in AI, Computer Vision, and Image Analytics. - Strong programming skills in Python and Golang/Rust. - Hands-on experience with Vector Databases and large-scale data processing. - Proven understanding of SDLC, design principles, and scalable product architecture.
