We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive to handle the full tendering process The main responsibilities include finding tender opportunities preparing and submitting bids ensuring all requirements are met and keeping proper records This role also involves working closely with different teams to make sure tenders are submitted on time and meet all standards To coordinate prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering bidding activities tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications Prepare Technical bids in assistance with seniors Prepare documents for e-Tendering on portals Receive and deal with enquiries from Clients concerning Tenders Also Regular Follow-up with prospective buyers for a Purchase Order Drafting and Negotiation of agreements commercial contracts needed for business operations Able to manage proactive communication with Client and interface with other disciplines Good command over the English language Communication Practical knowledge of excel its various function Key Responsibilities Identify and monitor relevant tenders through various sources government portals online tendering platforms etc Analyze tender documents and client requirements Prepare and submit tender proposals within deadlines Maintain data of past tenders proposals and responses Track submitted tenders and follow up on outcomes Attend Pre-bid Meetings Key Skills Strong understanding of public and private tendering processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office especially Word Excel and PowerPoint Strong organizational and coordination skills Education Graduate Diploma or MBA B E-B Tech Electronics or Electrical Background Experience minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar tendering or bid management role Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
