About the Role We’re seeking an experienced and results-oriented Director – Marketing Operations to own end-to-end marketing strategy, demand generation, and digital execution. What You’ll Do - Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and pipeline growth. - Lead demand generation across digital, content, events, ABM, and thought leadership initiatives. - Oversee marketing technology stack (CRM, automation, analytics) and optimize campaign performance. - Use data-driven insights to guide decisions, measure ROI, and refine strategy. - Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing with business priorities. - Mentor and grow a world-class marketing operations team. ✅ What We’re Looking For - 10–12 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role. - Background in IT services, SaaS, or digital transformation environments.(This is mandatory) - Proven track record in scaling marketing operations, demand generation, and automation. - Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
