Key Responsibilties • Supervise the task of solar engineers and site teams • Take daily task updates from juniors and present in weekly and monthly format to the management • Make SLDs and ensure cable sizing etc • Implement SOPs for cable sizing, site visits and SLDs • Help with Project tracking tool, project management, net metering management tool and RMS tool • Co-ordinate with vendors and labor during project management to ensure timely completion • Research New Content and companies in the solar field • Understand process of laisioning with MSEDCL and prepare documents accordingly • Perform any other administrative and office job if required   Skills Required • Based in Nashik or willingness to move to Nashik immediately • Knowledge of MS Office and AUTOCAD is a must • Previous experience in sketch-up or ARKA is desirable • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
