Final Inspection QC Executive - Stacture Unit Location Sikandarabad Uttar Pradesh Experience Required Minimum 2 Years in Final Inspection or Quality Control Salary 30 000 - 35 000 per month Negotiable based on experience Job Responsibilities Conduct final inspection of products manufactured in the Stacture Unit to ensure compliance with predefined quality and technical standards Measure and verify critical product dimensions and attributes using precision instruments like Vernier Calipers Micrometers Gauges and Coordinate Measuring Machines CMM Perform visual inspection of surface finish appearance and assembly quality Identify defects or deviations and raise Non-Conformance Reports NCRs with proper documentation Ensure inspection instruments are calibrated and maintained regularly for accuracy Check product labeling packaging and documentation to ensure correctness and traceability Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports check sheets and records for quality assurance Collaborate closely with Production and Engineering teams to address and resolve quality issues on time Participate in internal audits and support continuous improvement initiatives Support in maintaining compliance with quality standards such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 Educational Qualification Diploma Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Metallurgy Production or related discipline Preferred Skills Attributes Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Good knowledge of quality standards and processes Ability to handle multiple inspections and work under tight deadlines Good communication and reporting skills Team player with problem-solving mindset email id resume theactivegroup in mobile 9904582301 6358812301 Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 58 853 64 per month Work Location In person
