We are looking for a talented Lead Front-End Engineer to join our engineering team. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for creating responsive, efficient, and engaging user interfaces for our platform. Responsibilities: - Development: design, development, and maintenance of user-facing features on the SuperOps platform using React.js - Collaboration: Partner with UX/UI designers and product managers to ensure that our platform provides an intuitive and seamless user experience. - Performance Optimization: optimize the performance of the front-end, ensuring quick load times and responsiveness. - Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high code quality standards. - Innovation: Stay updated on the latest front-end trends and technologies and apply them to improve the SuperOps platform. - Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the smooth functioning of the application. Qualification: - 7+ years of experience as a front-end developer with a strong background in React.JS Technical Skills: - Strong proficiency in HTML5, and CSS3. - Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React - Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux,) - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services. - Solid understanding of front-end performance optimization techniques. - Experience with Webpack front-end build tools - Experience working with UI frameworks Nice-to-Have: - Experience with GraphQL or similar query languages. - Understanding of cloud platforms - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
