b Key ResponsibilitiesConcept Development Generate original ideas and develop visual concepts for campaigns products or projects Project Management Oversee the entire creative process from concept to completion managing timelines and ensuring deliverables are met Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of designers illustrators photographers and other creatives Provide constructive feedback and guidance Collaboration Work closely with copywriters marketers producers and other stakeholders to ensure the visual elements align with the overall project goals Client Interaction Communicate with clients to understand their needs present ideas and make revisions based on feedback Budget Management Manage project budgets ensuring resources are used efficiently without compromising on quality Quality Control Ensure the final output meets high-quality standards and adheres to brand guidelines Trend Analysis Stay updated with the latest design trends techniques and technologies to keep the work fresh and innovative Required Skills and QualificationsEducation Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts Visual Communication or a related field Experience Proven experience typically 5 years in a senior creative role with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects Technical Proficiency Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign and familiarity with web design tools e g Sketch Figma Creative Vision Strong visual and conceptual skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics Leadership Abilities Experience leading creative teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively Problem-Solving Ability to think strategically and solve creative challenges effectively Adaptability Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and feedback Preferred QualificationsExperience in Industry-Specific Projects min 8 year Experience in specific industries such as advertising publishing film or fashion can be beneficial Advanced Technical Skills Knowledge of motion graphics 3D design or other advanced design techniques Certifications Additional certifications in design or project management Job Type Full-timePay From xe2 x82 xb975 000 00 per monthSchedule Day shiftFixed shiftSupplemental pay types Yearly bonusWork Location RemoteApplication Deadline 30 05 2024
