Job Description

- Maintaining chemical composition of Zn-bath as per standards and requirement of quality.
- Maintaining furnace parameter according to cycle.
- Controlling online Tension leveler.
- Handle the whole range of activities pertaining to production process viz. production planning,material management and manpower planning while ensuring adherence to companys rules and regulations.
- Proficient in identifying any defects of quality & to take action for getting prime quality & maximum yield and also train the worker and develop awareness among the worker.
- Prepared manufacturing documentation required for processing & costing.
- Meet production schedules as per plan within international quality standards.
- Manage production planning, scheduling and manpower allotment while ensuring optimum utilization of available resources (men/machine/materials) and time to enhance profitability.
- Monitor process control activities and coordinate between electrical maintenance, mechanical maintenance, QC and PPC departments.
- Maintain coils conformation works in SAP
- Controlling skin pass mill
- Maintaning the galvanising and galvalume pot composition
- Works on sap
- Operation and control of tension leveller and skin pass mill
