About WNS R A Business WNS Global Services manages and operates business processes for leading global organizations The organization custom-designs implements and operates over 350 processes many of them end-to-end working as an extension of the client s enterprise WNSGS has five comprehensive industry based business units focusing on different work streams The Research and Analytics group at WNS focuses at providing clients with research and analysis support in the areas of Market Research Business Research Financial Research Investment Research Analytic Services Procurement Services and Legal Intellectual Property Research Team Consumer Analytics Location Gurgaon JOB DESCRIPTION Summary Candidate would develop and create regular and ad-hoc business reports for Consumer Healthcare brand and categories Expertise in the creation of Excel Power Pivot Power Query DAX and Power BI based Reports Dashboards Perform continues automation and process improvement Integrate and manage complex data from multiple sources Requirements Advance Analytics Consulting and Project Management Consumer Analytics in CPG Retail and FMCG domain Proficiency in reporting handling large data set and development maintenance of new solutions reports dashboards Expert in Excel Power BI Power Pivot DAX Knowledge of associated programming languages required Excellent communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders Experience in report building and Dashboard creation in Power BI Proficient in Data Integration transformation and automation Passion for automation and processes and continuous improvement mindset Data management including maintenance of the data hierarchies Can handle multiple project effectively plan priorities the task for himself and team if needed QUALIFICATIONS - Btech BE Any Post Graduate Degree
