Job Title Communication Skills Trainer - English Communication Program Location Bangalore Devanahalli Employment Type Contract Years of experience required 2 to 3 years Program Duration 6 months Extendable Reports To Program Coordinator Training Manager Job Summary We are seeking dynamic and motivated Communication Skills Trainers to facilitate the English Communication Program for college-going undergraduates The trainer will deliver a structured curriculum focused on enhancing students transactional and formal communication language fluency and confidence in public speaking The role demands interactive teaching progress tracking and workshop facilitation Key Responsibilities Training Delivery Conduct sessions Deliver content aligned with a pre-designed 36-session plan including grammar vocabulary pronunciation public speaking and interpersonal communication Cohort Management Manage two cohorts approx 60 students total Ensure consistent learner engagement and monitor individual progress Assessment Evaluation Conduct pre-assessments periodic diagnostics every 3 weeks and post-assessments Provide feedback and support based on assessment outcomes Workshop Facilitation Lead 4 workshops focused on real-life applications like role-playing presentations and group discussions Reporting Coordination Report student performance engagement levels and training effectiveness to the Program Coordinator Collaborate with fellow trainers to ensure program consistency Key Areas of Focus Transactional Communication Handling everyday conversations and customer service scenarios Formal Communication Conducting business meetings presentations and professional correspondence Confidence Building Enhancing self-expression public speaking and interpersonal skills Language Skills Mastery over grammar vocabulary pronunciation and fluency Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in English Communication Education or a related field 2 to 3 years of experience in teaching training English communication or soft skills Strong command of spoken and written English Experience with interactive training methods and student engagement strategies Ability to handle diverse student groups and maintain discipline and motivation Preferred Skills Experience working with college-level learners Excellent facilitation and public speaking skills Note- This role requires on-site training delivery at a college campus located on the outskirts of Bangalore Travel is mandatory and candidates should factor in commute time and availability accordingly Years of experience required 2 to 3 years Compensation 35 to 40k per Month Apply here - https forms gle H7XvDR1G2gn8cgr39 Job Type Contractual Temporary Contract length 6 months Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Application Deadline 25 08 2025 Expected Start Date 01 09 2025
