Responsibilities: Providing Virtual CFO Services (Compliance and Advisory) to the client and help them to grow business with sustainability. Conduct and support internal audits, and ensure effective internal controls over financial reporting processes. Assist in developing and implementing financial strategies, plans, and reports. Help manage cash flow, investments, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Develop and document controls, process SOPs, and system controls. Contribute to the design and implementation of functional financial systems. Conduct research on industry regulations, audit best practices, and identify improvement opportunities. Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA- Fresher) certification from a recognized institution. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and auditing standards. Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. Familiarity with financial software and tools, such as Excel, Tally, or SAP. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic financial environment.
