Job Description Job Category: Corporate Job Type: Full Time Job Location: Pune Description We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle from identifying talent and conducting interviews to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a good understanding of hiring best practices, and the ability to match candidates to the companys culture and role requirements. Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments from job posting to onboarding. - Identify and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals. - Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and HR interviews with relevant teams. - Work closely with department heads to understand role requirements and hiring priorities. - Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Coordinate pre-employment checks, offer rollouts, and onboarding formalities. - Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment drives or job fairs. - Maintain compliance with company policies and labor laws related to recruitment. Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and HR best practices. - Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously. - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). - High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the IT or technology industry. Salary As per industry standards No Of Positions 01
