Responsibilities

- Conduct nutritional assessments and create tailored diet plans for clients.
- Monitor client progress and adjust dietary plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with chefs and food technologists to develop nutritious recipes and food products.
- Educate clients on nutritional principles and healthy eating habits.
- Stay updated with the latest research in nutrition and food technology to provide evidence-based recommendations.
- Work with food manufacturers to ensure product compliance with nutritional standards.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of nutritional science and dietary guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to analyze and interpret dietary data and create effective meal plans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and nutritional analysis software.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control in food technology.
