Job Description We are hiring Business Analyst (Finance) for one of our client. Details below : Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day FP&A operations and help run accurate financial analysis for the organization. This is a foundational role with opportunities to learn and grow within the finance function. What will you do - Data Organisation & Quality: Manage, clean, and structure financial and operational data; ensure accuracy through periodic validations and reconciliations. - MIS & Reporting: Help prepare monthly/quarterly MIS, dashboards, and FP&A reports including forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis. - Financial Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc financial and business analyses to support decision-making across revenue, cost, and margin insights. - Strategic Support: Assist the leadership with strategic projects such as pricing, investor reporting, benchmarking, and policy improvements. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, Ops, and HR to streamline data flows and improve reporting processes. - Process Improvement: Enhance reporting systems, automate recurring tasks, and maintain documentation for financial processes and data standards.
