Maersk is a value-led company and we strive to high ethical and quality standards and want to be trusted by our customers partners society and our employees Maersk Governance Risk and Control GRC ensures an effective and efficient risk based internal control framework across Maersk GRC is based in Finance and drives the overall control framework to ensure a sound control culture and control environment is in place We strive to be a best-in-industry GRC function supporting strategic differentiation and safeguarding our license to operate for the long term It is our mission to operationalize GRC framework and regulatory requirements through aligned effective and business-friendly controls and processes solutions and effective reporting GRC is looking for a project manager to be a part of the Project Management Office in GRC The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and completing projects on time within the given scope and prepare status reports for management The Project Manager should be well organized able to work under pressure and a dedicated individual that can demonstrate proactive problem solving and strong collaboration and communication skills The Project Management Office consists of 3 main areas PMO strategize implement and maintain program project initiatives that adhere to the GRC objectives PMO oversees multiple projects and ensuring program goals are reached PMO ensures that all key reporting data objectives across GRC are captured timely and reported to management and stakeholders through high standard visualizations templates and tools PMO ensures creation of communication strategy and plans overseeing all GRC communication channels including training material and supporting material The GRC PMO function work cross-functionally to support the other functions in GRC The Project Manager will be responsible for Ensuring that projects are delivered on-time within scope and within budget Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives involving all relevant internal and or external stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Ensure resource availability and allocation Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders by fostering clear and open communication Facilitate regular project status meetings create detailed reports and provide clear and concise updates to stakeholders ensuring they are well-informed about project progress Report and escalate to management as needed Utilize data visualization tools to transform complex project data into easily understandable visual representations enabling stakeholders to make data-driven decisions Facilitate a smooth transition of changes by implementing strategies to engage support and communicate with stakeholders to ensure a successful adaption to new processes systems or structures Required experience and skills Experience in project and programme management Good written and verbal communication skills including working knowledge of communication tools and training Experience in management reporting design and data visualization Strong skills in time management facilitation and organization Collaborative work style which fosters cooperation teamwork and stakeholder management Good understand of Risk and control processes and framework may be advantageous Project Management Professional PMP Certification PRINCE AGILE may be advantageous Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace and we embrace different styles of thinking Maersk is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applicants without regard to race colour gender sex age religion creed national origin ancestry citizenship marital status sexual orientation physical or mental disability medical condition pregnancy or parental leave veteran status gender identity genetic information or any other characteristic protected by applicable law We will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with all legal requirements We are happy to support your need for any adjustments during the application and hiring process If you need special assistance or an accommodation to use our website apply for a position or to perform a job please contact us by emailing Maersk
