- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, WebdriverIO, Protractor, Cypress, and Playwright.
- Build scalable test automation frameworks (POM, BDD with Cucumber, Mocha/Jest).
- Write and optimize SQL and SOQL queries to validate data in relational databases and Salesforce.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
- Collaborate with developers and QA team to identify test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and coverage gaps.
- Perform functional, regression, cross-browser, and data validation testing.
- Analyze and troubleshoot automation failures, logging detailed defects in tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps).
- Report on quality metrics and continuously improve automation coverage and reliability.
