Graphic DesignerPosition Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer with 5-8 years of professional expertise to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will be instrumental in crafting visually compelling marketing materials enhancing proposal presentations and supporting both external and internal communication initiatives This role demands creativity advanced technical skills and a proactive mindset to contribute effectively to the organization Key Responsibilities Design and produce marketing materials including brochures flyers banners infographics social media assets and digital content Enhance proposal presentations with innovative and visually impactful designs ensuring alignment with brand standards Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to create graphics that support external campaigns and internal initiatives Take initiative to propose creative design ideas and solutions to improve communication and engagement Ensure all design deliverables are of high quality completed on time and meet the specific requirements of stakeholders Stay updated with the latest design trends tools and technologies to bring fresh perspectives to projects Organize and manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines Key Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or a related field 5-8 years of proven experience in graphic design preferably within marketing communication or proposal support roles in similar organizations Expertise in advanced graphic design tools including Adobe InDesign Illustrator Dreamweaver and Photoshop Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Keen attention to detail ensuring all deliverables are accurate and polished Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments A proactive and self-driven attitude consistently seeking opportunities to improve processes and outcomes Preferred Experience in designing for both digital and print media Familiarity with branding and corporate identity design Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus Location - Mumbai preferable If you are a creative problem-solver with a passion for design and a track record of delivering impactful results we encourage you to apply
