Someone who can build, think, and execute — who’s not scared of uncertainty, and can figure things out as we go. You don’t need to invest money — and yes, there’s no salary right now. But you’ll receive equity once we raise our first round of funding, with a chance to grow into a CTO or founding team role. 🧠 What You’ll Do - Build the Trybaz MVP (Customer + Rider + Admin modules) - Handle app development, backend setup, and deployment - Make tech decisions that shape the product from day one - Work directly with me (founder) to launch, test, and refine the business 💻 Tech Stack (Flexible) Flutter / React Native / Kotlin / Swift / Node / Firebase — whatever gets the MVP live fastest. 🎯 Who You Are - A doer, not just a coder - Ready to work for ownership, not salary - Passionate about startups and solving real-world problems - Someone who puts not only 100% but goes extra mile.
