Your Role - Lead cost take-out initiatives across multiple spend categories to deliver measurable savings. - Implement ZBB principles to justify every expense and eliminate waste effectively. - Develop supplier negotiation strategies and execute cost reduction plans aligned with business objectives. - Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to ensure cost optimization roadmap delivery within agreed timelines. Your Profile - Experience in procurement and cost optimization, with strong business acumen linking cost initiatives to profitability. - Expertise in Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB), SG&A cost reduction frameworks, and supplier negotiation strategies. - Skilled in spend analysis, benchmarking techniques, and identifying cost-saving opportunities across direct and indirect categories. - Familiarity with procurement analytics tools (Coupa, Ariba) and exposure to working capital improvement strategies.
