Strong grasp of English reading, writing, comprehension, and context 7. Typing speed of5060 WPMminimum (70+ preferred) 8. Self-driven learning you learn by doing,observing,practising, not waiting to be taught What You Will Do Content Creation - Blogs and articles - Website copy (services, homepages, landing pages) - Social media posts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) - Email newsletters and drip campaigns - Ad copy (Meta, Google, short-form scripts) - Hooks, headlines, captions, CTAs, taglines - Short-form video scripts and structured storylines Content Improvement & Editing - Rewrite content to improve clarity, tone, structure, and engagement - Convert keyword-heavy drafts into meaningful, audience-first content - Edit content for flow, readability, and purpose Tools & Efficiency - Use AI tools for structure and ideation - Use writing and SEO tools (Grammarly, Hemingway,SurferSEO) - Improve writing speed and thought process over time Cross-Channel Voice Consistency - Maintain uniform brand voice across websites, ads, blogs, and social media - Adapt tone instantly based on platform and audience What We Do NOT Want - Writes only when inspired - Sees writing as a task, not a skill - Wants comfort, repetition - Is defensive about feedback - Cannot adjust tone, structure, or style across channels - Wants a standard 95 job with minimal thinking Who Will Succeed Here - Learns fast - Thinks deeply - Questions assumptions - Works with discipline - Is genuinely curious about the world - Wants a meaningful career, not a job - Takes responsibility for outcomes, not just output This role is designed for individuals who want to become high-quality writers with strategic thinking.
